💬 Need to return something?

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

No returns on socks, underwear, or face coverings for hygiene reasons

Email us at support@houseofeliteclothing.com with your order number and reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address

Ship your item back to us in secure packaging

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

You are responsible for return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
Just let us know in your return email. We’ll confirm availability and process your exchange as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it — no extra cost, no hassle.
